Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process within the first 3 days of delivery (including delivery date)

In case of defected piece, you may contact us on Whatsapp customer service (which is available in the support page) with the images attached explaining your issue.

Posters, Canvases are Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable, but can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of ordering
Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order may already be in the process of being shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it following our returns policy.
